Drop Off & Pick Up
Students may be dropped off for school beginning at 7:30 a.m. (PK 3 and PK 4 students may be dropped off beginning at 7:50). Please enter the parking lot from County Road 725 and drive into the circular area to the rear of the facility at the right side of the new education wing, circle around, and drop your student off at the awning at the southwest entrance or school entrance. Note: The front entrance will only be used by the church. If you wish to walk your child to the door, please park in the school parking lot. When exiting, please follow the traffic signs and exit to Cedar Springs Road to help promote smooth traffic flow. Students will wait in the life science room until time to dismiss to the classrooms. During that time, students may talk quietly but should not take unnecessary things out of their backpacks or lunchboxes. Teachers will supervise students until time for class to begin.
Students may be picked up beginning at dismissal, 3:00 p.m. PK 3 and PK 4 students must be signed out from their classroom daily. Please drive onto the property in the same route as at morning drop-off, pull to the awning and stop. Please be sure your car tag is visible. Await instructions to pull forward so that we may ensure all children are clear of vehicles. Children will wait under the awning or in the teachers’ classrooms until pick up under teacher or administrator supervision. If you wish to come in for pickup, please park in the school parking lot. All students must be picked up by 3:20 p.m. Students will not be permitted to leave with anyone who does not appear on the pick-up list on the data sheet that is filled out at the beginning of the year. If the person picking up your child is not recognized by the staff, he or she may have to provide photo identification before the child is permitted to enter the vehicle.
