Mrs. Leamon comes to VCA with 12 years of experience in the McMinn County school system, and 3 years of experience with the University of Tennessee Extension program in 4H Youth Development.
She is passionate about teaching and about serving God in everything she does. Mrs. Leamon wants to instill in her students that, “We serve Christ because of His sacrifice, and we seek Him because of grace and love.”
She is a believer in hard work and hands-on learning. One of her favorite quotes is, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn!” - Ben Franklin.
She has been married to Sean Leamon for over 20 years and they have one daughter, Eva. Mrs. Leamon and her family attend Boanerges Baptist Church in Polk County where they are active in mission work, youth activities and the music ministry.
