Each Spring, Valley Christian Academy conducts a re-enrollment process. Re-enrollment allows the school to collect information in order to make plans for the upcoming school year. In order to streamline this process and reduce paperwork for current families, Valley Christian Academy will implement Continuous Enrollment beginning 2019-2020 school year.
Continuous Enrollment, simply put, means that once a child is enrolled at Valley Christian Academy, he or she will continue to be enrolled each new school year once the Enrollment Fee is paid (provided that he or she remains in good standing).
Information and dates about enrollment for the 2019-2020 School Year
To stay enrolled at VCA for the upcoming school year, parents need only to pay the Enrollment fee of $100 per child by March 1.
Preschool 4 students entering kindergarten will need to fill out a new kindergarten application. It can be accessed here.
Current Preschool 3 students need only to pay the Enrollment Fee by March 1 to secure their Preschool 4 spot.
Tuition increases will be posted to our website February 4, 2019.
Open Enrollment begins March 1, 2019 and is based on availability. Applications for new students can be accessed here.
If there is a change of information (address, phone number, etc.), please notify the school office.
If a student(s) is not returning, please notify the school office in writing by March 1, 2019 and complete the Withdrawal paperwork.
If you are unsure due to special circumstances, please contact the school as soon as possible.
